I have a lot of regrets, but one of the main ones is not actively improving my art skills for the past four years of high school. When I was fifteen, I illustrated a children's book, which helped me improve my skill a lot. BUT that was about it. Since then, I've been out of the habit of drawing, and when I DO draw, I only draw what I already know how to draw. I have not expanded into learning things like perspective, figure poses, or just plain old everyday objects. Not practicing anything other than faces has made me extremely lopsided in my drawing ability, and I am sick of it.
